As the Founder President of Pickleball Association Nepal, I have had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of Selkirk Sports in our growing pickleball community. What started as a niche recreational activity in Nepal just a few years ago is now gaining momentum as a recognized and respected sport—largely fueled by strategic collaborations, professional coaching, and the influence of world-class equipment providers like Selkirk.

Selkirk Sports has consistently set the benchmark for quality paddles, accessories, and innovation in pickleball. Their dedication to research and athlete-centered design has elevated the overall playing experience. The Selkirk-Nepal Connection
In 2024, Selkirk Sports officially partnered with Pickleball Association Nepal to support grassroots development and to bring global-quality paddles and training gear to young players across Nepal. Through this partnership, Nepalese players now have direct access to equipment that meets international standards.
We have launched nationwide demo programs where students and young athletes are introduced to Selkirk paddles and taught the fundamentals of the game. The excitement is real—youngsters from rural schools to urban academies are now picking up paddles with pride, knowing they are using the same gear as world champions.
Creating Olympic Dreams
Our mission, “From School to Olympics,” is no longer just a slogan—it’s a structured movement. With Selkirk Sports by our side, we are building dreams and turning them into action. The impact of high-quality equipment cannot be overstated—it boosts confidence, enhances performance, and bridges the gap between local talent and international competition.
In just a short span, we’ve seen improved performance in local tournaments, greater enthusiasm in training camps, and increased interest among schools and educational institutions to include pickleball in their sports curriculum.
